Jill is a purebred Somali, though her fur is shorter than it should be for a show Somali.
It's very very
soft though. She has odd habits, such as perching on my fishtank, reaching through the bars of the lighthood and flicking duckweed onto my bed. She likes to sample whatever I'm eating, including rice, macaroni, Pringles, and chocolate, though her hands-down favorite people food is couscous stew. Her job is to perch on top of the fridge and meow at me constantly when I'm cooking. She purrs the instant you pick her up and is very friendly. |

Jill loves to attack my fish, even though she never can get through the glass.
It just doesn't faze her. Her favorite prey are my corydoras julii (small, wiggly catfish).
Her favorite place to sleep is on top of the fishtank, where it's nice and warm from the lighthood. She's eight years old. She's famous, too -- check out the ad for automatic carpet linters. She's the poster cat. |
